Insurance Information
We are happy to assist you in understanding and filing your insurance for most surgical procedures. Please remember your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. We are happy to act as your advocate but cannot be responsible for settling any disputed claims or coverage.
If we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier in 45 days, we will notify you. Failure of your insurance carrier to reimburse our office in 60 days will result in our billing you directly for the remaining balance. In the event your insurance payment is greater than your remaining balance you will receive a refund from our office. Please ask our office administrator for more details.
